I solved the problem of my tuning encoder only moving a small amount- I had common and B pins switched so I had only a pulse on one side. Doh! Now I can tune, yeah! Thanks for your patience Jim. I hope nobody else is silly enough to do what I just did- but I'm posting for my public humiliation. :shock:

No on to some real stuff...
