Hello,
Pulled off the front panel and powered on, the noise disappeared. I guess it's the IC102 5v regulator. If I touch it with my finger, the noise frequency shifts. I added some caps to C112 and C113 without difference. Any clue?

It might be faulty, linear regulators are not known for making noise. I can send you a replacement.
